DC: Dominion Drive Trek ’22

Fall drives are back with a flair! Dominion Drive Trek ’22 will take off on November 5th from the Dominion Raceway South main parking lot. Throughout the day, Old Dominion territory will be toured to the delight of sports and touring car enthusiasts. Along Lake Anna and up through rarely seen countryside with amazing stops along the way, and the long way from Thornburg to Bluemont. 

Callaway Classics Car Show, lunch stop, pass through the middle of Mount Weather property on 601, TWA Flight 514 monument, and on to the Twin Oaks Tavern Winery.

About 200 miles will be covered in the 5-hour tour (no lost islands involved, think Gilligan’s Island). 

If you would like to come to explore the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania area the night before, there are plenty of great places to dine. There are three hotels in the immediate area of the starting point at Dominion Raceway in Thornburg, VA, are Best Western, Holiday Inn Express, and Tru by Hilton.
